Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Tennessee?
Yes, absolutely! I love traveling for events and projects, and I regularly work with clients across the region (and beyond). No matter where your event takes place, I’m happy to bring my services to you.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within the Nashville area is included. For events outside of that, travel costs are simply added on to cover things like mileage, lodging, or flights. I’ll always share those details up front so there are no surprises.
Can I customize a photography package to fit my needs?
Definitely. Every event and organization is unique, so I’m happy to tailor coverage, headshot setups, or add-on services to match exactly what you’re looking for. Just let me know what you need, and I’ll tailor your package for your specific needs.
how quickly can you deliver images?
My promised turnaround time is about 3 days, depending on the size of the project. I can provide a small set of highlight images (usually within 24 hours) if you’d like something to share right away. I consider it a personal mission to deliver images at lightning speed and often times deliver same day.
How long does a headshot session take per person?
Most headshots take just a few minutes per person, so it’s quick and efficient. For larger groups, I bring a streamlined setup that keeps the process smooth without sacrificing quality.
Do you offer retouching on headshots?
Yes! All headshots include light retouching (like removing blemishes or softening flyaway hairs) so your team looks polished but natural. Additional retouching can be requested if needed.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for large events and conferences where dates fill up quickly. That said, I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Do you have backup equipment in case something goes wrong?
Absolutely. I always bring backup cameras, lenses, lighting, and plenty of memory cards so your event is covered no matter what.
How will we receive our images?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can easily download, share, and organize your images. High-resolution and web-ready files are both included for your convenience.
Can we use the photos for marketing, social media, and publications?
Yes! All of my packages include licensing for your organization’s standard business use—whether that’s on your website, in reports, or across social media.
Are you insured?
Yes, I carry full liability insurance, which many venues require. I’m happy to provide proof of coverage if your event space needs it.
